Return Policy and Lost/Damaged Mail

Items may be returned for a refund or store credit if returned within 5 days of purchase in unworn condition.  Please double check sizing prior to ordering and ask any questions on custom items which are not returnable as it is handmade.  Of course we will always work with you if there is a problem with your order.

What if my package does not arrive?   We try to ship all orders within 1 or 2 business days if not same day - you will also receive tracking information for your package trackable at USPS.com.  Please understand once we hand over the package to usps it is out of our hands and now the responsibility of the postal service - we will do our best to help but please start here:

1) If your package says delivered, but you have not received it- if possible please ask your postal carrier - every once in a while the package gets marked as delivered but it is not delivered until the next day.  Also check with neighbors in case of a mis-directed package- 

2) If your package is delayed or lost in the mail-  per USPS, you must wait 7 days after the package was shipped to file a missing mail request-  please file a missing mail request via www.usps.com/help/missingmail.htm Often this will get the travel process started again-

If there is no updated information via missing mail you may file an insurance claim up to $100 via USPS Ground or Priority service.  You must start with a missing mail search above- Insurance claims may be filed here www.usps.com/help/claims.htm

Please note, the postal service requires that you file a claim within 60 days of the package shipping - after that you will not be able to file a claim or receive insurance payment.

 

What if my package arrives damaged? I know it is a pain but unfortunately damage in transit does sometimes happen - Regrettably we are not able to file a claim for you if your package arrives damaged due to the post office transit - once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. We do provide up to $100 insurance with our USPS Ground and Priority shipping. *****Do NOT throw away the damaged items or packaging***** as USPS often requires the damaged box, packaging and damaged items to be presented to the Post Office for inspection - for more information about claims please see .   http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.        .
