Shipping policy

1. What is your return policy?

We want you to love your purchase! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging with tags attached. Customized or personalized items, clearance products, and certain licensed items may be non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement — please contact us with photos and your order number.

2. How long does shipping take

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Most items ship same or next day. Standard U.S. shipping takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Expedited options are available at checkout.

3. Do you offer overnight shipping?

Unfortunately, we do not offer overnight shipping.

4. What if my package arrives damaged?

We  know it is a pain but unfortunately damage in transit does sometimes happen - Regrettably we are not able to file a claim for you if your package arrives damaged due to the post office transit - once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item. USPS does provide up to $100 insurance with our USPS Ground and Priority shipping. *****Do NOT throw away the damaged items or packaging***** as USPS often requires the damaged box, packaging and damaged items to be presented to the Post Office for inspection - for more information about claims please see .   http://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.        . 

5. Where is my package?

All orders will have an email sent to you with your tracking number via USPS – please also check your spam folder.  Or, if you cannot find the email please contact us and we will provide.  Again, most packages are shipped same or next day so if you have not received in over a week please double check your tracking information and contact us with any questions.

6. My package says “Delivered” but it has not been delivered?

This has happened to a very few of our customers and it is very strange – but each package has been delivered the next day – If it does NOT get delivered – step 1) please talk to your mail carrier and ask any neighbors 2) Please file a missing mail report here: https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm Once we hand the order over to the post office, it is their responsibility to get to you – we will do what we can to assist but do not have responsibility once the package leaves our office.
