Why don't you have my school listed?
We adhere to licensing with all of our schools and it is a process - time-wise and financially. If you don't see a certain school please let us know that you are interested. We always add new school updates to our instagram so please follow us for updates!
What is your return policy?
We want you to love your purchase! Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unworn items in original packaging with tags attached. Customized or personalized items, clearance products, and certain licensed items
may be non-returnable. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Defective or damaged items are eligible for replacement — please contact us with photos and your order number.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Many items are perfect graduation, birthday, or “just because” gifts. We do not offer gift wrapping but items come in a white jewelry box or organza bag and we are happy to add a gift note- just let us know!
How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes detailed sizing information. For earrings, we offer standard post sizes. Necklaces and bracelets include adjustable or multiple length options. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help!
What if I accidentally order the wrong item or wrong color?
Mistakes happen! We will happily exchange within the 7 day time frame - please email us and let us know - you will just be responsible for the cost of return shipping the item back to us and the correct item back to you.
